I WANT TO EAT NOW? How to prepare?
Step 1: Thaw frozen yam paste. Tip: speed up the process by using microwave.
Step 2: Steam yam paste for 15-20 mins.
Step 3: Add your favourite topping(s) or sauce. Best paired with ginkgo ntus & coconut cream (Stir in a pinch of salt to coconut cream to enhance the flavour. Note: Do not cook coconut cream).
Step 4: Your Orhhsome yam paste is ready for your indulgence with your family.
Step 1: Thaw the frozen yam ring. Tip: speed up the process by using microwave.
Step 2: You may use either deep fry, air fry or bake in oven.
Deep fry - Heat up cooking oil and submerged yam ring into fryer. Remove once yam ring turns golden brown.
Air fryer – Set Air fryer at 200oC. Fry for 7 mins, flip over and fry for another 7 mins. You may fry for a longer duration to achiveve your desired crispiness.
Bake in Oven - Follow Air Fryer instructions with additional 2 mins to all timings.
Step 3: Seperately prepare your desired stir-fried vegetables (eg: chicken, bell pepper, celery & cashew nuts). Empty into the center of the Fried yam ring and served!

Step 1: Thaw the frozen Orhhsome Bites. Tip: use a microwave to speed up the process.
Step 2: You may use either deep fry in oil or air fry.
Deep fry - Heat up cooking oil and lower the bites into the fryer. Remove from fryer once the bites turn golden brown.
Air fryer – Set Air fryer at 200oC. Fry the bites on both sides for 4 mins each.
Step 3: Enjoy the Orhhsome goodness.

Step 2: The Orhhsome Bao is ready for indulgence with your family.
Step 1: Pop into airfryer for 5 mins at 200 degrees celsius on each sides is all it takes!
Step 2: The Orhhsome Pokpok is ready for indulgence with your family.

Step 1: Warm your soupbase till boil and set aside
Step 2: Place frozen Tangyuan in cold water for 30sec
Step 3: Cook soaked Tangyuan in lukewarm water till boil for 5mins (no need till float)
Step 4: Transferred the cooked Tangyuan into soup and ready to serve.
